Questions are good things. They are there to get to know others and to find the common ground with each other, with the people we want to love. Well, I would think that the biggest thing I need to learn is to love myself. I think at least. I like lists, I make lists, mainly about anime and manga that I want to read and watch. And sometimes about American books too. My life does revolve around things that I consume. And I do not know if I am fine with that. I would like to fancy myself that I like philosophy, but in truth, I like the idea of philosophy. In the sense, philosophy means the love of knowledge, because we cannot know everything. So we need to start with things that we do not know, even though there are many famous figures in philosophy, I do not want to read from them. Because the biggest thing that I do not know if myself. "Short film directed by Kubo Amika and sponsored by WWF Japan as part of their campaign to move Japan away from nuclear energy and towards the use of renewable energy." - myanimelist.net
Score: 6/10
This was made in 2012 and it was classified as a special.
I always hate to do something like this, but this animation sadly for me didn't really work. The message is really important, especially at a time like this, turning towards much more healthier energy is important, but I would have imagined something a little bit longer. The timing at these things is really important, things can fall or stand on them, especially when we are talking about advertising. Because this is an advertisement, at least messages like these come down to the people as such. Here we are advertising, trying to bring attention to green energy and to a better solution, it should have been longer.
However, this was between Kubo Amika's first works, she has other short animations where she is listed as director and I am interested in the anime series, Urahara that she had directed in 2017. I will get around it one day. I do hope that it is better.
There is no problem with the animation, it is actually well made and had the imagination to it. It is a really short watch, I can't really say that I can recommend it to people, but a watch won't hurt anyone.
